HBD is a creative design company founded in 2019, specializing in vinyl, embroidery, etching, sublimation, and digital art. We turn your ideas into reality! We have a small team on standby ready to work for you. To begin, send us a brief description of your ideal design or product, and we will begin the mockup free of charge. 

We offer a 100% refund to any customer who isn’t pleased with the mockup or design before approval. Once the mockup is approved, and payment is processed, we will begin the production process. Once the production process starts, we no longer offer complete refunds unless the mistake is 100% our fault (for example, misspellings or significant blemishes). We will always make it right if any discrepancy. We pride ourselves on our transparency and business ethics.

Upload your files directly through our website using the "Upload Artwork" button in the top right corner.

Once we receive your image and description, we will confirm receipt and provide an estimate of how long it will take to create a mock-up of your design. After completion, we’ll send the mock-up to you for your approval or any necessary edits.

Our goal is to ship items within 5-10 business days of purchase, though this timeframe may vary based on the complexity of your design and our current production queue.
