Most custom orders can be cancelled before mockup approval. Costs already incurred specifically for your order, such as special-order blanks or materials, may be deducted from your refund. Contact us promptly so we can explain any applicable costs.

Please review your mockup carefully before approval. Once approved, custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Production usually takes 3–7 business days after ordering and mockup approval, plus shipping. Timing varies with the queue and order size. Free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $25.
