We offer a 100% refund to any customer who isn’t pleased with the mockup or design before approval. Once the mockup is approved, and payment is processed, we will begin the production process. Once the production process starts, we no longer offer complete refunds unless the mistake is 100% our fault (for example, misspellings or significant blemishes). We will always make it right if there are any discrepancies. We pride ourselves on our transparency and business ethics.
